James Brolin (born James Bruderlin) (born July 18, 1940 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor and director. He is 193 cm (Captaaround hicks foot Quadruplet within) in height & is known for his rugged, silvery effective looks. He was married to actress Jan Smithers from 1987 through 1995 and is currently married to actress Barbra Streisand, whom he wed in 1998.

He is best known for his roles in television series like Marcus Welby, M.D., Hotel, and Pensacola: Wings of Gold, and roles in films such as The Amityville Horror. He was contract for the role of James Bond in 1983 when Roger Moore's participation in the Attach series was uncertain, however Moore returned to the role & Brolin never played Bond.

Inside 1985, Brolin parodied his touching-hiring when James Attach in the film "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure." Inside a film inside a film, he merged the characters of Attach & Pee-Wee Herman, the "real" version of whom was played by Paul Reubens.

Inside 2004, Brolin played Governor Robert Ritchie of Florida, a Republican opponent of President Jed Bartlet on the TV series "The West Wing." Around Bartlet's words, he'd "turned being unengaged into a Zen-like thing," & seemed to enjoy it. the character seemed to exist as a parody of real-life President George W. Bush, whose brother, John Ellis "Jeb" Bush, was so the real-life Governor of Florida.
